Title: Caldera OpenLinux 1.1 Module Diskette with AdvanSys SCSI 3.1D Driver
Last Updated: 1/23/98

Three files should have been created by the self-extracting archive:

col11.txt This File
col11.img 1.44 MB module diskette with AdvanSys SCSI driver 3.1D.
rawrite.exe DOS executable to write boot image to a floppy

To create a module diskette for installing Caldera OpenLinux Hat 1.1
insert a blank floppy in the 1.44 MB diskette drive. The floppy will
be overwritten. Assuming your 1.44 MB diskette drive is a:, run the
following command:

     rawrite col11.img a:

To install Caldera OpenLinux 1.1 you will also need to have or create
a Caldera boot diskette. On the Caldera OpenLinux 1.1 CD a boot diskette
image can be found in the directory /col/launch/floppy. A boot diskette
can be created with the following command: rawrite install.img a:

After booting the boot diskette the AdvanSys module diskette will need
to be used during hardware detection. This module diskette will work with
all AdvanSys SCSI adapters including the ABP-940UW Ultra-Wide adapter.
