{"id":1157,"date":"2006-06-04T18:47:00","date_gmt":"2006-06-04T17:47:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.lingula.org.uk\/wordpress\/2006\/06\/04\/photo-follies\/"},"modified":"2006-06-04T18:47:00","modified_gmt":"2006-06-04T17:47:00","slug":"photo-follies","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lingula.org.uk\/wordpress\/2006\/06\/04\/photo-follies\/","title":{"rendered":"Photo follies."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dispite the problems with the returned telephoto zoom lens I have been having some fun with my camera.<br \/>\n<!--more photographs and comment...--><br \/>\nFor a start, on Friday night while testing out the lens I did manage to get an image of Jupiter and the four galilean moons:<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.lingula.org.uk\/albums\/Experiments01\/jupiter.jpg\"\/><br \/>\nAs you can see, each of the moons does show up as a different colour and there is a hint in the halo around Jupiter of some of its colours. Just think how much better such a shot might be when I get a telephoto lens which can actually focus!<\/p>\n<p>This afternoon I also took advantage of the lovely weather and went for a walk along the footpaths over the fields nearby.
