This morning, having seen the sun peeping through the breaks in the cloud, I decided to take my new lens for a little walk around Oxford…

\nI started by parking outside the department and walking down to Gloucester Green, crossed the road and walked down a little alleyway I’d not seen before<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/center><\/p>\n

which took me right along the back of the city to the Council offices and the castle.<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/center><\/p>\n

I then wended my way through some back streets<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/center><\/p>\n

to Christchurch College and Christchurch meadow.<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/center>
\n
<\/a><\/center><\/p>\n

Walking along the river I saw various water fowl, rowers and people enjoying the sunshine.<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/a><\/a><\/center><\/p>\n

I followed the path around the meadow where the spring flowers were just starting to come into bloom.<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/center><\/p>\n

And finished up at the eastern end.<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/center><\/p>\n

It was a pleasant little walk.<\/p>\n
